Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the R2G Studios website (r2gstudios.com) and any services we provide. By accessing the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

R2G Studios provides AI-powered creative services including product photography, campaign imagery, social media content, and related creative output. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions are agreed in each engagement or subscription plan.

2. Bookings & Subscriptions

• Clients may engage us via one-time projects or monthly subscription.
• Briefs must be submitted clearly via the agreed channel (voice note, reference, written brief, etc.).
• Standard delivery is 48 to 72 hours from receipt of complete brief, subject to scope.

3. Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• One-time packages are payable upfront before production begins.
• All fees are non-refundable once production has started, except where required by law.

4. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, all final deliverables produced under an engagement are transferred to the client, who may use them across any platform, channel, or purpose, in perpetuity. R2G Studios reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You confirm that all materials, products, logos, or references you supply are owned by you or properly licensed.
• You indemnify R2G Studios against any third-party claims arising from materials you provide.

6. AI-Generated Content

R2G Studios uses proprietary and third-party AI tools as part of our creative pipeline. By engaging us, you acknowledge that final deliverables may include AI-assisted or AI-generated imagery. R2G Studios commits to ensuring all delivered output is brand-aligned, original, and ready for commercial use.

7. Revisions

Each engagement includes a defined number of revisions as specified in the project or subscription scope. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

8. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2G Studios' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Termination

R2G Studios may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment. Outstanding work-in-progress will be invoiced.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India unless otherwise agreed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
